Here’s how our process works.

Fill out a questionnaire
Fill out our inquiry form below to begin, and send us an email or messenger. Gracelin will be in touch within 24 hours :)
2.
We reach out. You ask questions
No pressure, we’d love to just get to know you! Gracelin will meet with you through cell, video chat, or coffee to provide the next steps. We will send you our puppy information guide, and answer any questions.
We are more than a breeder, want to get to know you, and are here to learn how to serve you best by being a resource. Please fill out your questionnaire in detail!
3.
Place a reservation
We take a $500 non-refundable deposit to be placed on our waitlist. This is transferable to future litters and puts you in line for a puppy. Our typical wait is 8-12 months

Ethical Puppy Planning is at the heart of what we do. We maintain a master waitlist for all family reservations and intentionally do not breed a litter unless every puppy has a home ready and waiting. Based on average litter sizes, all of our upcoming puppies are fully reserved until late summer/fall of 2027. If you are hoping to add a Front Porch puppy to your family down the road, the only way to is to plan ahead, and join our waitlist!
Not local to the midwest?
Lucky you! We hand deliver puppies to anywhere in the United States! Gracelin is an expert in airline regulations, and all it takes to make a happy flying puppy! Let us know if this is something you are interested in, and we can walk you through the process.
